Are these people supposed to represent forum members or are they original characters?
These people are at the levels below the majority of the forum members who occupy the more mysterious levels of the Executive Branch (in other words, the effects of their actions are more likely to be seen indirectly than anything else …) We’ll be finding out more about that side of things later in the year.
As for being original characters … well, more yes than no but the basis of them is probably more often than not got at least some anchor in reality as their original inspiration if nothing else …
